Blanc Wan has been elected Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts in recognition of his ‘contribution to the music profession’.
The Royal Society of Arts was founded in 1754 and is one of the most prestigious academic societies in the field. Since then, the Society has awarded numerous Fellowships to world-renowned musicians, scientist, educators and politician. Stephen Hawking, Adam Smith, Nelson Mandela and Benjamin Franklin are some of the notable former and current Fellows.
